ChillSounds is a free tool. Use it however helps you focus. Don't be a jerk about it. That's basically it.
What ChillSounds Is
ChillSounds is a free, browser-based audio tool that generates procedural sounds like brown noise and binaural beats. It's designed to help with focus, particularly for people with ADHD.
What ChillSounds Is Not
- Medical treatment or therapy
- A replacement for professional ADHD care
- A guaranteed solution for focus issues
- Clinically proven to treat any condition
I built this because it helps me. It might help you too. But please consult healthcare professionals for medical advice.
Your Responsibilities
- Use headphones at safe volume levels
- Take breaks if you experience any discomfort
- Don't use while driving or operating machinery
- If you have epilepsy, consult a doctor before using binaural beats
No Warranties
ChillSounds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I can't guarantee it will work perfectly on every device or that it will help your focus. I do my best, but stuff happens.
Free Forever
ChillSounds is free and I intend to keep it that way. I believe everyone deserves access to tools that might help them focus, regardless of their financial situation.
